The project is directly overlooking Port Ghalib Marina as shown on the figure below. The Marina Lodge has a private beach area located about 300 meters (a three minutes’ walk) from the hotel with a shuttle bus service. There are many restaurants and cafes across the Marina, which are accessible through water taxi service from the hotel.

Alya Resort was an existing resort and our role was more into development consultancy in addition to engineering consultants. The project was renovated to give a modern design that would fit in such locations reflecting the look & feel of the reports giving a new experience to the location and the users and creating the synergy between the landscape
and architecture.
