The project is in the new administrative capital. The building consists of ten levels, it depends on an open green court that acts as an inner view for some of the offices. The interior design also reflects the exterior design and in a harmony with it. with a full commitment to the regulations of construction in new capital. Our main concept is to create a comfortable and luxurious court that acts as the main breath for all the users of the building

The project consists of the ground and mezzanine floor for retails and commercial spaces and provides the upper floors for the administration functions. So our main challenge is to make the interior design of the entrance catchy from the outside boulevard and reflects its function. Our design criteria are to create unordinary spaces with comfortable materials and lines and in harmony with the exterior design of the project.

Our Conceptual design for the entrance of the building aims to create a luxurious design for such a luxurious compound that reflect in the mean while the sun theme of the compound . And create this through golden marbles and wooden strips and make the logo centralize these facades to strengthen the identity of the compound.
